Vendor Terms & Conditions

All products and services must be halal-compliant - no alcohol, no pork derivatives
Table fee is $150 - non-refundable once booking is confirmed
Setup begins at 12:00 PM - all vendors must be set up by 1:45 PM
Vendors are responsible for their own display materials, banners, and signage
S4 Legacy provides a 6-ft table and 2 chairs per booking
Food sales are not permitted - Derek Hines is the exclusive food provider
S4 Legacy reserves the right to decline any vendor application
All vendors must vacate by 10:30 PM
